If the job is bigger, spread across multiple rooms, or just hard to size up from pictures — hoarding-level density, whole-house estates, large properties — we'll reach out to schedule a quick walkthrough before quoting anything. From there you get either a firm quote or, for larger projects, a written estimate with a guaranteed not-to-exceed cap: actual hours and disposal at cost, never more than the cap.
Either way, a real person looks at what you sent and responds quickly — even if that response is just to schedule the walkthrough.
Larger projects are secured with a deposit, with the balance due on completion. We accept cards and bank transfer; for bigger jobs, bank transfer keeps it simple. Itemized invoices available for estates, attorneys, and property managers.
Once you approve the quote, we confirm the date, arrival window, deposit if required, and payment method. Larger jobs get everything in writing before we start.
